Hoya Staffing/Temporary Employment Since 1986, Georgetown University has operated an internal temporary staffing service. This service provides screened and qualified temporary employees to departments throughout the University. Last year, the temporary staffing service placed over 300 applicants in 175 departments on the Main Campus, Law and Medical Centers. They offer services not only for general administrative positions, but also for those in accounting and finance, information technology, research, project coordination, faculty support and assistance, and more.
