Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements:	Performs general and specific cleaning and maintenance tasks to provide a clean, safe, and pleasant physical environment: perform other tasks as assigned in emergency or unusual situations; tasks will be performed with specific guidance from supervisor. Examples of additional work to be performed include, but are not limited to, snow and ice removal, clean up associated with water or fire damage and special event support. The incumbent is expected to clean up to 28,000-35,000 square feet of cleanable space per eight hour work day. Performance of duties involves using standard tools, equipment, materials and supplies of the trade and observance of all safety rules, regulations and precautions. HS grad preferred with one year of custodial experience preferred. Must possess a valid DC, MD or VA driver's license.
