Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements: As a database programmer within the Lombardi’s Informatics group, the incumbent will interface with the members of the Breast and Colon Cancer Family Registry (BC-CFR) centers to organize, prioritize as well as use is/her epidemiological and statistical expertise to help fulfill data requests from the BC-CFR database. The incumbent will collaborate with Georgetown and external PIs, data management staff, statistical programmers and other clinical, regulatory and project management staff, to meet timelines and quality expectations on data and data-related deliverable for multiple projects. He/She will use biostatistical analysis and database programming acumen to work with multiple PIs and Lombardi informatics staff to complete BC-CFR data requests. Graduate level work in Statistics with a minor (or relevant experience in) Epidemiology is required. Master’s Degree in Epidemiology, Science or Social Science related field with at least 5 years of statistical and database programming experience. Training and experience in biostatistics. Experience with knowledge of database (preferably Oracle).
