Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements: The Linda and Timothy O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at the Georgetown University Law Center is seeking a project administrator who will have responsibility for coordinating Gates grant related activities. The Project Administrator will be based at Georgetown University Law Center and will report to the Institute’s Director of Finance and Administration. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project’s Principal Investigator, the Deputy Director, and the Institute Fellows and be responsible for performing the administrative functions of the Gates Foundation (PrEP) grant. The Project Administrator will need to provide competent, reliable administrative assistance to project that requires the ability to multi-task, assist with coordination of eight (8) large, global, project consultations, and assist with coordination of smaller (indefinite number) stakeholder group meetings. Furthermore, the project administrator will schedule numerous conference calls with up to 20 participants from various parts of the world, and will need to understand nuances of how to address senior-level policymakers, draft preliminary versions of communications related to the project, and handle at least 75-100+ emails/calls per day between various project affiliates. The Project Administrator will liaise administratively (and appropriately) with Gates Foundation, Imperial College London, World Health Organization, UNAIDS, third-party vendors, other project participants, work closely with the Director of Finance and Administration in keeping track of expenses related to this Gates Foundation grant, manage the supplies, office space, telecommunications, computers, and overseeing the day to day operations of the Gates grant activities, and coordinate Gates grant sponsored events in consultation with the Project Director and the Law Center’s event planning staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and experience with word processing, spreadsheet programs, and publicity work, office administration, event planning, and grant administration.
