Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements: Coordinates the day –to-day study activities in accordance with predetermined guidelines set by PI; Works closely with PI and Co-PIs in daily research activities including recruitment of participants, scheduling and conducting initial and ongoing assessments. Coordinates data management including establishing a filing and coding system for data, identifying scoring problems, data entry, review and clean data; coordinates distribution of project materials to team members and subjects, in accordance with PI’s guidelines. Responsibilities include screening of potential subjects, coordinate study activities with the research pharmacy, assist PI and Co-PIs in assessing treatment-emergent side effects, monitor medication adherence; updating subject computerized medical records. Coordinates/schedules investigator’s meetings, team meetings, and participant sessions; coordinates recruitment arrangements; Assists with a variety of special projects as needed. Provides support to principal investigator and other members of the grant(s) team including maintaining and updating relevant journal articles; assisting with correspondence; coordinating research meetings; coordinating presentations, including literature and slide preparations; and completing various reporting requirements; assumes other duties and responsibilities that are appropriate to the position and area. Completion of graduate program in mental health (e.g. M.S. in Clinical Psychology) with 1-2 years of clinical interview experience required. Knowledge of basic statistics, SAS, SPSS . Good communication and organization skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
