Description:
This program is designed for senior and executive level franchise professionals to advance leadership principles, strategic thinking and emerging concepts in franchising. It is structured to help key individuals in the franchise sector develop expertise and competency in the critical, high level functions related to franchising. Through the use of key Georgetown University faculty and franchise professionals, the program will present case studies, interactive exercises and group projects to foster new insights and strategies. The goal of this program is to better enable franchise professionals in responding to the challenges of the franchise sector through problem solving, critical analysis and decision making.

The Role of Leadership in a Franchise Organization
The Leadership Quotient
Successful attendees will be awarded the Franchise Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University. The program is approved by the International Franchise Association Education Foundation to offer attendees 450 credits per seminar towards their Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation, the only recognized professional designation in the franchising community. Each seminar is also approved for 2.0 Continuing Education Units.

Prerequisites:
Must be a Leader, Decision Maker or in a Key franchise role in your organization.
