The programs are offered twice per year. The program is approved by the International Franchise Association Education Foundation to offer attendees 300 credits per seminar towards their Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation, the only recognized professional designation in the franchising community. Each seminar is also approved for 1.6 Continuing Education Units.

This program is designed for entry to mid-level franchise professionals and for those who are seeking a comprehensive look into the franchise community. The focus of the program is to support a deeper understanding and use of the key fundamentals in franchising. It is structured to help individuals in the franchise sector develop a broader knowledge and better competency in the foundational components related to franchising.
