Course Description:

The 360 leadership assessment tool will equip participants with powerful and necessary tools to communicate your message with greater impact and maximize your capacity to get your ideas across; it will also teach you to define the specific areas where you need to apply more effective influence skills.

You will learn and apply the key 360 leadership principles

  • Learn to identify patterns and behaviors which are successful and unsuccessful
  • Expeditiously identify behaviors and ascertain the sweet spot- what action or inaction will get us to the goal.
  • Harness greater influence with coaching which will stretch you and the people you impact and influence from present state to obtain the desired outcome
  • Doing it: summoning the commitment and courage to follow through with the solutions identified even when there is great risk in doing so.

Accountability for results is at the core of any individual or organizational improvement process.
