Course Description:
Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) and application in the workplace.
Why should executives, senior managers, and the H/R professional consider utilizing personality type indicators such as MBTI in the workplace?
This course will focus on methods as well as use of instruments to help participants identify and assess leadership characteristics, which can be applied to successful organizational outcomes.
This workshop will:
- Introduce you to the foundational elements of the Myers Brigg Indicator (MBTI)
- Discover tools and techniques to help you become more self aware and better understand and manage the motivation and behavioral patterns of your peers and supervisors
