Course Description:

Why should executives, senior managers, and the H/R professional care about addressing conflict in the workplace? Working with TKI provides managers with a framework where they can move through the fear, anger, and frustration of conflict to recognize opportunities for valuing differences, enhancing communications, and improving productivity.
