Emotional Intelligence is defined as the "capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves, and for managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships," according to Dr. Daniel Goldman.

This course will focus on methods as well as use of instruments to help you better assess and deal with difficult people, while achieving successful outcomes.

This workshop will:

  • Introduce you to the foundational elements of EI and the Disc instruments.
  • Discover tools and techniques to help you become more self aware, better manage difficult relationships and become masterful at handling people roadblocks
