Course Description:

It takes a strong concept, high quality marketing and many other elements to build a successful franchise company. This session will cover the following key related areas:

  • Sales and Development: Franchise systems require growth to build their brand and create the necessary resources to support the franchisees. This session will outline the steps for creating an effective sales strategy and for developing the franchise brand.

  • Effective Initial Training Programs: Once a franchisee joins the system the most critical step is ensuring they are properly trained for operating the business effectively. This session will review training methods and techniques to enhance the franchise training experience.

  • Real Estate & Site Selection: The majority of franchise concepts require a space to operate from, and the real estate issues are a major element. This session will provide an overview of the real estate and site selection concepts, and take a look at new and emerging tools.

  • Marketing & Promotion: This session will review the prevalent marketing and promotional methods used in the franchise community.
