Related Program Areas: Human Resources

Course Description:

Asset Mapping provides employers with a deep understanding of the key networks and cultural attitudes that shape the organization by indicating gap areas that require further investment, and provide a baseline by which to judge future progress towards prosperity. The course will discuss how to identify employee’s strengths (hidden strengths, skills, and underutilized resources). This course will also highlight how to increase self worth of individuals.

This course is designed to be interactive where participants and course leader will discuss the following:

  • Levels of Asset Mapping (identification, basic evaluation, and comprehensive assessment)
  • Organizing the Mapping Process for employees within an organization
  • Visualizing through activities how to raise the bar for employees’ interest and participation in the road map because after all, there are TREASURES to be identified.
