Course Description:

Hiring and retaining good employees in a thriving job market can pose quite a challenge for managers. As the economy thrives, the competition for the best employees becomes more fierce. Get the tools you need to face the competition squarely and win the best candidate for your team. At the end of this course, you will :

  • Use the Behavioral-Based Interviewing Model to develop questions that elicit useful information because they are based on the key skills, traits, and experiences that are necessary for professional staff.
  • Understand the cost of poor recruitment/interviewing strategies to reduce or eliminate these costs.
  • Learn what can and can not be asked legally during an interview.
