Course Description:
Fostering Harmony in the Workplace will explore key issues surrounding workplace harmony and disharmony, explore tool and techniques which strengthen work unit cohesion and inclusiveness, at all levels and assist you in crafting the way to ensuring workplace harmony.

- Review the Traditional organizational hierarchy model, and it's impact on people
