Course Description:

The focus of this course is a progressive and intensive journey of self-discovery based upon the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI) model of psychological type, a widely-respected, multi application approach to understanding human personality. Based on a set of hard-wired preferences, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the different ways they and others tend to be viewed in critical performance areas within a workplace or team setting. Future avenues of exploration, including further psychological assessment in a variety of applications and settings, will be discussed. The course is designed for managers, human resource professionals and individuals interested in MBTI ® type applications, with a special emphasis on the workplace. The participant will demonstrate a greater understanding of their psychological type within the workplace and will be able to apply these insights in a variety of settings.
