Course Description:

This course will examine theory and practical techniques for measuring process and organizational results, such as outputs, efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes, and applying such theory and techniques within the framework of an evaluation method or scheme which promotes continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Learning objectives:

  • The participant will become familiar with a variety of organizational measurement systems, models, and techniques.
  • The participant will develop practical skills in the design and implementation of measurement and evaluation systems within a particular organization of interest to promote organizational learning and development.
