The emphasis of this core class will be for each student to develop and present a comprehensive business plan based upon all the other real estate certificate classes.

Course topics will include:

Developing a comprehensive business plan
Presenting a business plan to investors

Learning Objective:

Document a personalized business plan customized to the student's investment desires and capabilities.
