Course Description:

This course more closely examines the Balanced Scorecard model. Students will be exposed to up-to-date concepts and current thinking and best practices within the BSC model, including strategy mapping and "third generation" scorecards.

Learning objectives:

  • The participant will understand the theory and implications of a balanced scorecard approach to strategic management within an organization.
  • The participant will develop practical skills in the design and implementation of a balanced scorecard within a particular organization of interest.
