Course Description:

A good knowledge of English grammar is essential to communicate effectively. After a short review of the main structures of English grammar, we will focus on increasingly complex language patterns. Throughout the course, we will extensively practice correct grammatical forms in both spoken and written activities. This approach will help you to increase your ability to communicate in English as well as prepare you for the Internet-based TOEFL.

The course is open to students of all levels of English ability; there is no entrance exam.

Early registration is encouraged as enrollment is limited.

If you have any questions regarding the EFL course, please contact the Program Coordinator, Mr. Forsythe. He can be reached by phone or e-mail (703-475-6654 or jgf9@georgetown.edu)
