Robert Bies Ph.D.

Robert J. Bies is a Member of the Academy of Management and The American Psychological Association. His research interests include leadership and the delivery of bad news, organizational justice, revenge in the workplace, and trust and distrust dynamics. He works with organizations on issues of leadership and power, creativity and change, the delivery of bad news, and high performance teams. He has a Ph.D. from Stanford University.
