June Blanchard Brown, Esq.
June Blanchard Brown, Esq., is an Attorney-Advisor with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She currently works in the Office of the General Counsel on Commission investigations under the U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty laws, including appeals of ITC cases to U.S. courts, NAFTA binational panels, and the World Trade Organization. She served as Legal Advisor to former ITC Commissioner Marcia E. Miller. She also worked in private practice on international trade matters and complex commercial litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Brown was the communications coordinator for non-profit international development organizations, including the Centre for Development and Population Activities, which focuses on management training for women, and Partners of the Americas, a people-to people exchange program between the United States and Latin America. Ms. Brown received her J.D. from Georgetown University, a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Marymount College (now Fordham University).
