Thomas Cooke, J.D.

Thomas B. Cooke, is a Distinguished Teaching Professor, McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. His research interests include contract formation and interpretation, contract negotiation, the legal environment of business, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and federal tax policy. He is the editor of The Federal Tax Alert and The Tax Client Newsletter. Professor Cooke's current research project involves how American legal principles can be of value to developing nations. He holds J.D., LLM, MLT from Georgetown University Law Center.
