Stephen F. Dachi

Stephen F. Dachi served in the U.S. Foreign Service for 30 years. His overseas assignments included tours of duty as U.S. Consul General in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Minister Counselor in New Delhi, India and Counselor for Press and Culture in Budapest, Hungary. He now heads an international trade and investment consulting group, and is a lecturer and teacher of foreign affairs at the Foreign Service Institute of the Department of State and other venues.
