Scott Eblin, MPA, PCC

Scott Eblin draws on his experience as a nationally recognized Fortune 500 executive innovator to advise leaders on succeeding at the next level. As president of The Eblin Group, Scott works with clients nationally and internationally to help them successfully navigate the changing landscape of leadership. In his 20 year career, Scott has advised hundreds of executives and leaders of change in the private, public, non-profit and education sectors. He is the author of The Next Level: What Insiders Know About Executive Success (Davies-Black, 2006) and his work has been featured in publications such as Investor’s Business Daily, CIO, Leadership in Action and on broadcast outlets including ABC News. Scott coaches and advises executives in such organizations as AOL, Capital One, Northrop Grumman, Sallie Mae and The World Bank.

He is a graduate of Davidson College and holds a masters degree from Harvard University. He also holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF).
