Margaret Echols, M.B.A., MCC

Margaret Echols, a Master Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), is managing partner of the Development Consortium. She has extensive experience working in managerial positions inside companies, and as a consultant in the areas of executive and team coaching, leadership development, organizational learning and strategy. She has an MBA from George Washington University and an MA in education and administration from the University of Florida.
