Michael J. Ehlers

Mr. Ehlers has more than 25 years of project management experience both as director of the management engineering division of a major command in the United States Air Force and as a consultant to government and private sector clients. He proposed, directed, and defended management studies of major functional areas resulting in manpower and logistics savings by improving processes and policies. While chief of information systems policy, he implemented major changes to the HQ USAF manpower database design and introduced project management software to ensure improvements were completed on time and within budget.

As manager of a local training and consulting firm, Mr. Ehlers has trained thousands of people in both proprietary and off-the-shelf project management software programs. He has been an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Brigham Young University and adjunct faculty for statistics and computer programming at Bellevue University, Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Ehlers holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wyoming.
