CAROL GRASER, MBA

Carol Graser is President of NextGen Leaders, a leadership consulting firm devoted to the development of leaders through leadership training programs, organizational development, and executive coaching. Carol has held leadership positions in IBM, HP, Marriott and Caterair International. It is through these leadership experiences she has forged her passion for leadership and created her approach to developing and coaching leaders.

Carol’s mission is to “discover potential, create possibilities, and live with purpose”. She applies this mission as she coaches senior leaders in many different industries.

Carol received an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a BA in International Relations, American University, Washington, DC. She has received training in strategic planning, quality tools, and leadership, through executive training programs at Wharton, Michigan State, and others. She holds a Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University. She has also been a member of the adjunct faculty for the University of Maryland MBA program, teaching leadership and organizational development. She is trained in The Path, a program that helps people develop their mission in life.
