Dave Guinn

Dave Guinn (BBA, MBA Western Michigan University) is returning to teaching after a long hiatus for a career. Dave’s experience in business-to-business distribution includes logistics, marketing, sales, merchandising and significant general management profit responsibility. The combination of these experiences along with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard are brought to bear on this course of his design. His view is management has too often been taught as a noun. In “ Managing” the goal is a full, fun, active experience where the participant leaves with many ideas and a fully operation plan on how to direct and lead an organization.
