MIKE MCGINLEY, ACC, MBA

Mike McGinley is an Executive Coach and serves as Managing Director of KST Group, a leadership development consultancy based in Richmond, Virginia . Having served as an operations executive himself in three different Fortune 500 firms over the course of 15 years, Mike leans heavily on his business perspective to help leaders forge strong identities for themselves and their organizations. He is convinced that the most effective leaders are far more artist than scientist, so he works to help clients use their whole minds as well as their hearts to recognize the patterns in their lives and to be the largest possible versions of themselves.

Mike holds the ACC distinction with the International Coach Federation and earned his certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. He was awarded an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BS in Finance from California State University.
