Julie Shows, MCC

Julie Shows has 30 years experience in corporate management, business ownership, sales, marketing and coaching. Since 1996 she has been working with executives and leaders in the areas of professional and personal development, leadership, transition and work/life balance.

Julie is passionate about coaching. She believes that coaching is transformational work and that people can choose to be intentional leaders in their lives. She works with leaders to gain clarity about their visions, create a strategy and get results. She believes that leaders can reach their highest potential within a structure of spiritual, emotional and physical balance.

Julie graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Retailing. She has earned the coaching designations of Certified Success Coach and Life Purpose Facilitator from Success Unlimited Network, Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
