David Snapp,MPH

Dave Snapp was a union organizer for over twenty years before becoming a consultant and coach. Dave approaches both callings from the same fundamental commitments: leading authentically from a personal center and values; honoring, valuing and learning from all people, and working to leave the world a better place than we found it.

Today Dave works with individuals and organizations committed to making change. He brings to his coaching and consulting a strategic perspective, a sense of humor and a focus on helping people connect deeply to each other, to their organizational vision and purposes, and to their own authentic selves.

Dave’s practice focuses on leadership coaching, team development, strategic planning and leadership development, especially with labor unions. As part of his practice, Dave is a core faculty member of the SEIU Institute for Change and an adjunct faculty member at the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Dave holds a BA from Brown University and an MPH from the University of Michigan. He has completed certificate programs in Organization Development, Change Leadership and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
