Michele Synegal

Michele Synegal is President and owner of Management Dynamics, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in Organizational Development and Diversity Management. In her more than 20 years of experience, she has conducted Cultural Audits, provided Diversity Awareness and skills training, consulted to senior managers regarding diversity, and addressed broader human resource issues. Recognized as "Minority Entrepreneur of the Year, 1991" for the Bay Area, and listed in Who's Who in U.S. Executives, she has delivered management and employee training to over 1,000 participants. Ms. Synegal is an adjunct faculty at the Georgetown University Center for Professional Development where she teaches the "Building a Diverse and Inclusive Organization" and "Intercultural Communication in the Workplace" courses.
