Catherine H. Tinsley, Assistant Professor of Management, McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, is a Member of the Academy of Management, Board member of the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management, the International Association of Conflict Management, and The Washington Interests in Negotiation. Her research focuses on how factors such as culture, reputations, negotiator mobility, and perceptions of fairness influence how people negotiate and how they manage conflict. She has trained executives around the world in negotiation, conflict management, dispute resolution, and intercultural issues. She has a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
