Jennifer Whitcomb a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) is Principal of the Trillium Group, a firm focusing on enhancing leadership and organization effectiveness. Jennifer is an executive coach, team coach and consultant. She helps both individuals and organizations maximize thier capabilities. She has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, certificates in coaching from The Coaches Training Institute and Newfield Network. She is a previous director of the Organization Development Certificate Program at Georgetown University.
