Valentine Wilber

Valentine Wilber is an attorney in the District of Columbia who has been a Peace Corps Volunteer and is also licensed by the DC Department of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician. She has taken Bioterrorism Preparedness Response training, participated in a Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Summit sponsored by the DC Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, and most recently completed a three day course through Louisiana State University's National Center for Biomedical Research and Training, Academy of Counter-Terrorist Education. She is guardedly optimistic despite the many dangers the future presents.
