Lee Ann Wurster-Naefe is an independent consultant and executive coach specializing in change management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, team building and management training. She has 15+ years in Human Resources management and has worked in health care, information technology, insurance/financial services and federal government agencies. Lee Ann has a MBA from Frostburg State University and a BA from St. Mary's College of Maryland. She completed a Certificate in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
