The Feedback Process: Connecting Feedback Data to the Organization’s Business Objectives

As the first major intervention, the design and delivery of the feedback is critical to engaging the client in continuing the exploration of the issues the organization is facing. In this course, students learn how to present feedback on three levels:  personal, group and system.  Students will also analyze the overall impact of the data on the each of their client organization’s business goals.
