Liberal Studies
Offering a Certificate, Bachelor's, and Master's degree, and the first doctorate in Liberal Studies in the United States and Canada, the Liberal Studies Degree Program is an interdisciplinary program offering 16 fields of study that encompass history, philosophy, literature, science, and the arts.
Professional Studies
The Master's in Professional Studies is an interdisciplinary degree program with concentrations in journalism and public relations/corporate communication. As the name implies, the program was designed for professionals seeking a combination of academics and professional training. Courses are team-taught by renowned Georgetown faculty and accomplished business leaders, and explore the different interactions among theoretical concepts, ethical responsibilities, and bottom-line realities.
