Tenyse Williams

Tenyse Williams is a rising senior at Rondout Valley high school in Accord, N.Y. Her aspiration is to become a broadcast news anchor. Tenyse loves learning about and discussing local issues that affect her neighborhood. She takes pride in her community by cleaning up city parks, volunteering for the elderly in Brooklyn, and by working at Long Island University during the summer. Tenyse loves playing lacrosse, too. She was also on the debate team at her previous high school, The Williamsburg Charter High School, where she debated issues ranging from education in city schools to stem cell research and its affect on the economy. So keep a lookout-- you will be seeing Tenyse on your local news in the future!
