Admissions and Tuition

Admissions Information
Candidates for the Master's degree must have completed a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a cumulative G.P.A. of about 3.0 or higher. Applicants are requested to include "sealed" official transcripts of all previous college or university-level records in their Application Packet. Applicants may be asked to provide catalogs containing course descriptions of previous academic work proposed for transfer to Georgetown in partial fulfillment of degree requirements. Students with transcripts from International schools may also be required to submit a third-party evaluation of the degree/transcript before we can examine it. World Education Services or Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. can provide the evaluation for a fee.

In keeping with its long-standing tradition and policy, Georgetown University, in admissions, employment, and access to programs, considers students on the basis of individual merit and without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national or ethnic origin, disability, or other factors irrelevant to participation in the University.
