PSP Curriculum and Courses

Individual Courses
While enrollment in the entire paralegal Studies Program is recommended, applications for individual courses will be accepted.  Admission is granted on the basis of the applicant's qualification for the course(s) requested and space availability.  Pre-requisites are required for some courses.  Individual course enrollment is not available for the Summer Intensive Program.

Non-Certificate Status Enrollment
Students may take up to three entry level paralegal courses before being admitted to the program.  After successful completion of these three classes (Grade of C or higher), students wishing to pursue the certificate must complete the full application for admission to take additional courses and earn the Paralegal Studies Certificate.  Entry level classes include: Legal Research and Writing, Legal Ethics, Civil Procedure and Contract Law.  Non-certificate status enrollment is not available for the Summer Intensive Program.
