Session 2: July 6 - August 9, 2008

Earn up to 12 college credits this summer from one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious universities. At Georgetown University’s Summer College, academically gifted high school students have the unique opportunity to be “Hoyas” for the summer—to live on campus, attend classes side by side with undergraduate students, and learn from Georgetown’s distinguished faculty.

Choose from more than 100 courses in areas of study including chemistry, biology, physics, precalculus, calculus, statistics, history, and English. You can also take art, music, theater, accounting, computer science, economics, Arabic, Chinese, Italian, French, German, Spanish, public speaking, theology, psychology, sociology, philosophy, international business, international relations, and more. Imagine how far ahead you will be by starting your freshman year of college already having earned 12 credits from Georgetown.  By summer’s end, you will have gained an academic edge through mastery of college-level material and an impressive credential for your high school transcript and college applications.
