Intermediate Level of Government: Publications a. Best Practices with Anti-Corruption Programs: the Tax Recollection Project of the National Federation of Departments The Colombia Program and the National Federation of Departments of Colombia have cooperated on an inventory of best practices to improve government performance and anticorruption processes at the intermediate level of government. This document evaluates the best practice of the "Fondo Cuenta" and the leadership played the National Federation of Departments in order to implement measures to increase the taxes of the intermediate level of government in Colombia. .
b. Survey on Government Performance
at the Departmental Level in Colombia The results of these surveys (75% of surveys were completed by Governors) are providing a valuable input to research on the role of the intermediate level of government in Colombia. Information is available for the following departments: Arauca, Caldas, Caquetá, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Atlántico, Cauca, Amazonas, Antioquia, La Guajira, Magdalena, Meta, Nariño, Risaralda, Norte de Santander, Santander and Valle del Cauca.
