Security Sector Reform Recent News On September 12, 2007, the Colombia Porgram held an event in the series of USAID/ADAM Program workhops on Local Governance and Democracy entitled Access to Justice in Rural Areas in Colombia. The event was sponsored by USAID throught the ADAM program. Event Panel members included: Mario Cordoba, Representative of Access to Justice Initiatives, Ministry of Interior and Justice; Luis Salas, Director of the Center for the Administration of Justice, College of Health and Urban Affair, Florida International University, USAID Access to Justice Program; and Norma Galvez, International Consultant, Expert on Access to Justice for ethnic groups.
