Khalid Koser is Fellow in Humanitarian Affairs at the Brookings Institution, Deputy Director of the Brookings-Bern Project on Internal Displacement, and Adjunct Associate Professor at Georgetown University. He is also Chair of the Advisory Panel on Country Information, a non-departmental public body in the UK. He was previously Senior Policy Analyst at the Global Commission on International Migration and before that Lecturer in Human Geography at University College London.
