Micah Bump is a Research Associate at ISIM. His work focuses on new settlement areas, immigrant integration, human trafficking, and remittances. Micah assumed the postition of Associate Editor of the International Migration Journal in May 2007. He holds an M.A. in Latin American Studies with a certificate in refugee and humanitarian emergencies from the Graduate School of Foreign Service at Georgetown. Micah holds a B.S. cum laude in Spanish from the same institution.
