Science and Technology focuses on the international implications of modern science, scientific discoveries, and technology development. Science and Technology seeks not to publish new scientific findings, but to interpret the ramifications of current science for policymakers and leaders in international relations. Issues range from science policy and health trends to communications technology and the environment. The Journal recognizes that technology and science are integral to world affairs, and this section exists to augment the general understanding of these fields in the international arena.
