The Georgetown Journal of International Affairs is
the official semi-annual publication of the Edmund
A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown
University. The Journal provides
our readers with a breadth of perspectives on international
affairs by giving voice to leading academics, policy makers,
analysts, and journalists from six continents. Each
issue features a Forum,
which offers a focused and in-depth analysis of critical topics, as well as nine sections ranging from Conflict and Security to A Look Back, demonstrating the Journal's
pursuit of a holistic approach to international affairs.

Our mission is threefold. We seek to provide our readers a breadth
of perspective by giving voice to leading academics, policy makers,
and analysts from six continents. We take a holistic approach to
international affairs, publishing articles from a range of fields.
We feature a Forum offering unique, focused, in-depth analysis of key
issues; and include nine regular sections: Books, Business &
Economics, Conflict & Security, Culture & Society, Law & Ethics, A
Look Back, Politics & Diplomacy, Science & Technology, and View from
