Housing Services

The Office of Housing Services is located on the first floor of Harbin Hall. Incoming freshmen and transfer students are provided with information about special requests for housing based upon a medical need or disability. For upper class students, the special request form is available prior to the housing lottery. It is important to get in touch with Housing Services in advance of normal housing deadlines so that the Housing Services staff can accommodate students with special needs before on-campus rooms and apartments are filled. On-campus housing is only offered for undergraduate students. No on-campus housing can be provided for students at the graduate level.

Housing will make every effort to accommodate special furniture requests and ensure easy access to mailboxes. Those students who are unable to do their own laundry often hire another student to do so. Other concerns, such as security passes for guests or problems with keys or maintenance, can be addressed through the Residence Hall Offices (RHOs) located in each building.
